Cognigear

From Industrial Digitalization to Autonomy.

Cognigear was founded by Sridhar Ravula after two decades of leading digital transformation and ERP programs across some of the world's most complex industrial environments. He saw a recurring pattern: organizations were successfully digitizing their data, but failing to automate the physical execution of their core missions.

As the mining and construction sectors reached an inflection point in 2024, Cognigear pivoted to focus exclusively on **Industrial Autonomy**. We realized that the challenge wasn't just "can robots drive," but "can robots coordinate safely in a mixed-fleet, mission-critical environment?"

Today, Cognigear serves as the strategic architect for Tier-1 OEMs and operators, helping them navigate the transition from manual fleets to fully autonomous operating zones.

Our Core Philosophy

Standards over Proprietary Stacks

We believe the interoperable mine is the only sustainable future. We advocate for ISO 23725 and open architectures that prevent vendor lock-in.

The Safety Case is Central

Autonomy fails without trust. We build on-vehicle safety-case engineering that ensures vehicles remain safe even during network disconnections.
